Bayside Builders was formed by Joey Tembrock and Chris Ingrassia. Joey & Chris first met back in 1997 working side by side as carpenters on projects throughout Marin & Sonoma Counties. Through hard work and diligent efforts they worked their way up from carpenters to managing partners. After a combined 28 years of dedicated service to a very successful Marin County Builder they decided it was time to start their own company. Building off each other’s collaborative strengths positively contributes to who they are today.
Service - Bayside Builders understands the demand that a high quality custom builder has to perform projects on time and on budget. We take the time to regularly review detailed budget reports and schedules with our clients keeping them informed along the way. We ensure and encourage open communication throughout the entire process. This starts with the initial design phase and continues through the duration of the project. Often times this communication lasts well beyond project completion as we strive to provide an everlasting relationship and service for our clients.
Team - Our entire team at Bayside Builders understands the value and importance of teamwork. The majority of our skilled craftsmen and dedicated employees have been working together since the late 90′s. The tight bond we share contributes to our “Family ” atmosphere within our company. We have found great success by using this “Team” approach early on in a project by having the contractor, architect and client working collaboratively together. This process aids the client in making preliminary decisions based on the Team’s input. Bayside Builders have the tool set to lead our client through the building process.
